Bishop's Message, January 25, 2026

Hello All!

I love how kids can be such good friends. Tony really wanted to support his friend this week, and it was cool to see him follow up with us about it. Tony wanted to make sure he was in the right place at the right time. I love the simple and true friendships that kids make. They know who their buddies are and can do almost anything together. 

When we show ourselves to be true, we can speak truth more easily to one another. The Brother of Jared spoke about the Lord, saying, “Yea, Lord, I know that thou speakest the truth, for thou art a God of truth.”  He knew the Lord would speak truth because of past experiences. God is consistent. God is there for us at anytime. He is invested in our lives, and we will see Him as we look for Him. I pray we can build stronger friendships by speaking truth. I pray we will continue to support our friends in their endeavors and feel that support ourselves. I know that as we help others, we are true disciples of Jesus Christ. We become more like Him as we speak truth and help our friends.
